Everyone acts like short albums are just a creative choice. Let’s be real. It’s about the math. Shorter tracks and shorter projects mean more streams and more chances to game the charts. That’s fine if you admit it, but let’s not pretend a 25 minute album is some deep statement about attention spans. It’s a business move first. The problem is that it’s starting to shape the music itself.
